I am taking this chance to introduce My Company Anbalaya A Fabric – the company with 14 years of its experience on Manufacturing & Exporting of Home Textile Products Our company has excelled in the field of serving our customers with a wide range of lifestyle products, specially designed textiles and accessories for the home and outdoor-living. YARN: We are purchasing yarn directly from the spinning mills of all counts. Our looms are equipped to utilize all counts of yarns. We also provide fiber dyed yarn, grey yarns for manufacturing all items. DYEING: We use AZO free dyes and up on the clients request we also follow the Pantone color shades. We can do fabric dyeing and fiber dyeing. We can also make any dye (other than AZO) based on your requirement. LOOM: Our looms are well equipped with quality conscious as well with very clean environment. We deal with 100% Cotton, Linen, Jute and all Man made Fibers. We weave in Plain, Stripe, Check, Dobby and Jacquard etc, in cotton as well in blended fabrics. OUTSOURCED PROCESS: Dyeing & Printing are outsourced. The outsourced items and in-house process are monitored by reports every Day as well the company qualified in charge supervises round the clock. STITCHING & EMBROIDERY: We make new designs in stitching and embroidery as well designs of your specifications. We have the unit set up to run for 24 x 7. The units can make cushion covers (With stuffed or without stuffed), Quilts etc. We can stuff jute or Cotton or Poly fill based on your requirement. FINISHING AND PACKING: We have our own and in-house process for finishing and packing the items. Hand Embroidery and sewing machine embroidery are in House. Embroidery machines (Baruden) signed contract basis.
