The Northeast FoodBanking Network (NeFN) is a voluntary and charitable based food bank that will serves hunger in Northeast India. It is registered Under the Manipur Societies Registration Act, 1989. Act No.1 of 1990, No. 2 of 2016. The Northeast FoodBanking Network is a new initiative undertaken by a young social worker to fight hunger across Northeast region in India. Currently, the Head Quarter is located in Churachandpur district of Manipur. The goal of NFN is to alleviate hunger in North East India by soliciting, collecting, growing, and packaging food for distribution through a network of service agencies and programs that serve the target population groups.
